To Start: A cheese expert from Columbia Cheese Company will be discussing five different types of cheeses. You will have the opportunity to enjoy each variety and learn how the taste of certain cheeses are enhanced with certain wines and other foods.

Then: The owner of Cross River Wine Merchant will be giving a pairing discussion. Here, you will taste a variety of wines and learn how to choose the perfect bottle for every meal.

Fin: Debbie and Alex will be teaching the art of “Searing”. They will be preparing scallops with an apple cider reduction. As well as, herb crusted rack of lamb. Here, you will observe two trained chefs creating a delectable and yet easy to master combination of dishes. Afterwards, of course, you will be enjoying both.
